About Hill Country Elements


Hill Country Elements was built from real project experience - I thrive in solving problems and documenting solutions.

I'm Gregory White and I've spent more than 25 years working across High Tech, Construction, and Small Business as a Stakeholder and in Senior Consulting, Program, and Project Management roles.

My background combines technology, entrepreneurship, construction, and public infrastructure. From serving as a Senior Consultant with Dell and Microsoft during the technology boom of the 1990s to helping grow family-owned hospitality and public relations business with web and social media campaigns reaching tens of millions of viewers, I have spent my career building organizations, teams, and projects.

Today, I am available for Senior Consulting, Project and Program Management, owner representation, construction oversight, and project controls support across industries. My experience includes healthcare facilities, commercial development, municipal infrastructure, grant-funded programs, technology implementations, and regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local authorities.

Over the years, I've seen the same challenge repeat itself: projects lose momentum when visibility, accountability, documentation, and communication begin to break down. Teams become buried in paperwork, owners lose confidence in the information they receive, and experienced people spend more time chasing information than making decisions.

Hill Country Elements exists to help organizations create visibility, accountability, and reliable project information. I bring practical systems, proven processes, documentation standards, and real-world project experience to help teams maintain control of complex projects.

I work directly with owners, contractors, engineers, municipalities, and project teams to organize information, improve visibility, support operations, and keep projects moving forward.

Sometimes that means improving reporting systems and project controls. Sometimes it means organizing documentation, supporting construction oversight, coordinating project teams, or helping leadership gain a clearer understanding of project status, risks, and priorities.

My approach is practical, flexible, and relationship-driven. I believe projects work best when communication is honest, expectations are clear, and teams have support without unnecessary layers of management or expensive software systems.

Hill Country Elements is intentionally lightweight and adaptable - available for project-based support, owner representation, construction oversight, project controls, and ongoing consulting engagements throughout the Hill Country and beyond.

You won’t get corporate overhead here. You’ll work directly with someone who understands both the field and the paperwork - and who cares about helping projects succeed.
