A large medical renovation project had more than 200 submittals in various stages of review, duplication, and rework.
I reorganized the package, coordinated directly with the contractor, architects, engineers, and vendors, and helped move the project to roughly 95% completion within a month while creating a cleaner tracking system going forward.
